Gift Card Terms & Conditions (NZ & International)

• Gift cards are digital only and delivered via email.

• Valid for use online at Designer Collective only.

• Gift cards do not have an expiry date, in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

• Gift cards may be used on eligible products storewide unless otherwise stated.

• If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid at checkout.

• Any unused balance will remain available on the gift card for future purchases.

• Designer Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or misused gift cards.

• All purchases made using a gift card are subject to our Shipping, Returns, and Pre-Order Policies.

• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
