Returns & Refunds Policy For Designer Collective

At Designer Collective, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
• The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• Earrings (if applicable)
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. We will cover return shipping costs for approved faulty items.

• Designer Collective is not responsible for lost return parcels
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
