De$igner Collective is proudly based in New Zealand. We work with trusted local and international suppliers to bring exclusive street luxury and designer-inspired pieces to our community.

Because of this, some items may ship from different locations.

Processing Times

All orders require processing before shipment.

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

During high-volume periods such as product drops, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Item Orders

Some products may ship separately if they are sourced from different suppliers. You will still receive tracking information for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. De$igner Collective has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.

Shipping Delays

De$igner Collective is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance

Incorrect shipping details provided by customers

Natural events or unforeseen disruptions

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. De$igner Collective is not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

De$igner Collective will assist where possible but is not responsible for stolen or missing parcels once delivery has been confirmed.
